[SOLVED] Help with Torro 1:16 T-34/85 antenna
Hi all,
I'm not sure if this has been posted before, I'm fairly new to the forum and RC tanks in general.
I recently bought a Torro 1:16 T-34/85, IR version.
The model looks great in my opinion, highly detailed.
However, when trying to drive it around the living room, I noticed some problems.
The tank doesn't react exactly like it should. It either reacts late, or not at all, which seems to be caused by the transmitter/receiver not getting enough signal.
Does anyone know how to fix it? I want to upgrade to a Clark TK22 control board, but for now the stock control board works fine for me. All it needs is better range, I think.
Again, sorry if it's been posted before,

EDIT: I solved the problem by simply taking the batteries outt and then putting them back in again. Panasonic batteries have a little groove for the spring to fit in to, Duracell ones don't. The spring wasn't making contact well enough it sems.

My T-35 has good range even out side. I would make sure the batteries are good and go through all the connections on the inside the tank and make sure they are all plugged and seated good. From what you describe its what mine does when the battery in the tank is weak.

It arrived on Tuesday, and I put in unused batteries, so I don't think that would be the problem. Could it be because I'm using regular AAs that it can't draw enough power out of them?
