Here's the setup for my t34 smoke unit. I'm using a y-harness for the DMD's throttle channel and the electronic speed control. The setup is very effective. Clean, quiet and plenty of smoke. Looks great when the tank turns into it's smoke. The downside is that power consumption is very high. I have two sub-c 7.2volt battery packs. The tank's run time is 15 minutes. Any leads on sub-c battery packs with a higher capacity rating? Thanks!!

That's an amazing amount of smoke but it's unfortunate that it comes with a high power expenditure.
It's almost too much smoke (unrealistic) even for the T-34's diesel engine unless it is near the end of its service life and smokes excessively because of cylinder wear. Perhaps you can tone it done to produce less smoke and regain the motive power you've lost as a result?
A 15 minute run time stinks... [:'(]
