Default Found: 1:18 Decals

Just ran across a site offering 1:18 scale decals that should also be suitable for 1:16 scale armor as well.

Mostly WWII German but there is one US/Allied set therein.

FYI,

I picked up some cool decals for my bulldog off of ebay. I was gonna do a west German cold war theme, but instead decided to get the Creeping death American decal pack. It was one full 8 by 11 sheet of divisions insignias letters and numbers, etc etc and another half sheet of stars and serial numbers(about 200 decals total). Now here is the kicker, when I read the description it said that all I would have to do is put in a name or phrase(email or in paypal comment) for my tank and I would recieve that phrase in three different colors for my tank!!! I chose "Santa's helper". The decals arrived and low and behold on both sheets in 3 different colors was "Santa's helper". How cool is that?!! I gotta finish my Winter camo paint but just experimenting with one of the "Santa's helper" decals (six total on sheet) looked incredible!!! Cheers to Creeping Death best 15 bucks I ever spent!!!!!!!

Thanks, Harq! Great link. [sm=thumbup.gif] It is now safely tucked away in my Favorites folder with a wealth of other sites. [sm=49_49.gif] Now, I just need to muster some ambition and build something new, so I can use some of the information and products.

All: You're welcome!

But I've got to know the same information that Panther F wants to know. Details on "Creeping Death" decals...

Does the "tank nickname" decal look like it was written freehand, like typical noseart of the period, or is it a block-type stencil? I'd prefer the former, actually.

hey harq lol I asked that question after I ordered but yes stencil letters was an option. Which is kinda cool if you wanna do a modern m1a2 and put a barrel name on it. I will post some pics of the sheets sometime tonight. minus 1 decal, "santa's helper" is taken so nobody get any funny ideas lol!!!!! will look through email for vendors address. Havent seen it up for a while on ebay.
