The only ones Trumpeter makes in 1/16 are the T34's. And those would be incorrect, having had 5 roadwheels to the Leopard's seven. I don't know of anyone making later model upper hulls/turrets unless you count the 1A5 turret that one of the German companies makes, and its not cheap.
I think AFV was making a MLRS upper hull for it at one point, but it may not have made it into production. I think Peter Mueller at http://www.sonderfahrzeug-modellbau.de/ has hulls for the Leopard, but most of his are full kits, not just upper hulls.
