Futaba skysport question...
Hello all,
I have a bit of a problem with the skysport I just bought. I assume most of you that have the radio probably have the same thing.
The left stick is ratcheted instead of spring return to middle. I was under the impression that airplane/heli radios were like that but surface versions were spring loaded.
I looked inside, and it looks like it can be modified, but I can't seem to find the parts anywhere, is there a way aside from sending it to futaba?
Thanks
Marc

RE: Futaba skysport question...
yes you can.
Safest way to do this is to call futaba and get the part numbers from them.
If you have a 4yf the parts that you need for this are
Swing arm part number is HSP78901
Spring part number is HSP67450
Cost is about $1.50
Then have your local Futaba dealer order them.
I have some on order through AAF.
Hope that helps.

RE: Futaba skysport question...
Thanks, it looks rather easy to do so I'll probably order the parts and just do it... It is a pain though, that a surface radio doesnt at least come with it, if not installed...
