kyosho 1:16 amoured vehicle
i was looking at the kyosho site and found this
http://www.kyosho.com/eng/products/r...duct_id=100259
using the chassis from this we could make alot of the wheeled afv's that are missing from alot of collections.

Raiman:
Shame they don't say if its 2wd or 4 (EDIT: eBay.uk ad specifies 4wd) Cute, but not cheap when ya ad in shgipping from the UK. (110 plus shipping). Then again, its an all-inclusive unit less batteries (and probably hop-up bearings) US-Cdn prices should be cheaper when it gets here. I was hoping for something similar when they were selling their Overland's.
Now if we can talk 'em into making a Hummer, and then a WW2 Jeep and a basic WC chassis, we're rocking. Maybe this will push Tamiya into releasing a truck chassis as a CCKW deuce & 1/2? We can only hope... a Dragon Wagon would be asking too much (even if their 1/35 one was gorgeous)
Hey Willy... you reading? When you gonna review this for us?

RE: kyosho 1:16 amoured vehicle
One of my local hobby shops has these for $150.00. I looked hard at it because it is the same scale as my tanks, but I think that it will be hard to find appropriate wheels for it. I'm not as crafty as FFR2608. [&:]
It is the same as the Kyosho Mini Inferno buggy, other than the body and wheels. They are not really fast, so that is a plus, but I will only buy one when/if the Tamiya-compatible battle system comes out. At that point, I should be able to make another battle vehicle with the LAV for less money than a new Tamiya tank, but right now I am putting my money into other RC vehicles....I just bought the Tamiya F350 Highlift.

RE: kyosho 1:16 amoured vehicle
that would be a real shame as they are just the right size for building all sorts of wheeled afv's and apc's out of. they seem to be selling for around £50-£60 on uk ebay.
i might just get one to try out as it would be quite neat to finally have a 1:16 base to build some neat vehicles off of.
