Default Fiber Optics

Hello,

Anyone know where to buy fiber optic line for our tanks? I'd like to redo my bow machine gun and maybe put a cigar in my tank commander's mouth that lights up when the gun fires. I've searched the internet but the stuff I find doesn't seem like the cable used in members tanks.

Thanks!

James

Or you can try http://fiberopticproducts.com/
I ordered an "Endglow Cable" on Monday this week and received it today.
What I got was a combination pack "EG-Pack48" with .75mm (32 of them), .5mm (10 of them) & 1.5mm (6 of them) fiber optics.
Total cost was $4.60 after shipping.

I bought it to fix the hull machine gun of my HL Pershing so it would light up at the muzzle.
I used a 1/16" bit to bore through the barrel, and the 1.5 mm fiber optic was a just perfect fit.

Now, the muzzle of hull machine gun flashes like the one on Tamiya Pershing.
Still, I wish it was a motorized machine gun...

Perfect! Thanks! A was browsing that site last week but didn't know what to look for. I just ordered the same thing! And Shen, thanks for the info on the trees, I didn't see any for sale tonight.

How do you get it to come on in the desired colors? Forgot to ask that before I ordered it!

what ever color LED you shine in on the oposit cut end will make the LEDs color show at the other end.
