RE: i need help
To my knowledge, there are no metal tracks available for the M1A2. There's only the plastic individual track links and those are for the Tokyo-Marui tanks so I'm not sure if they're compatible with the HL but they might be considering they are so similar.
Here's a source for Marui tracks...

Which kind of tanks do you like?
There are two eras we are dealing with; those tanks that went head to head in or around WWII and more modern tanks, many of which have never met on the battlefield.
I would suggest the 1/16 scale Heng Long as they are a real hoot to mess around with. BB shooting, smoke and sound and they are just entertaining to make them your own. Lots of detail parts in that scale as well as I just bought an Ultimate Soldier "D-Day Tank Commander" from 21st Century Toys this weekend in 1/18 scale (very close to 1/16).

Do you live in Kosciusko County or Decatur County in Indiana?

Well, the reason I asked is that I belong to the [link=http://www.customrcmodels.com/MACV/headquarters.htm]M.A.C.V. Tank Club[/link] and you should contact them about joining in on battle day! We're always looking for more members to battle with and talk tanks!
Our next meet is January 13th and depending on your location will determine the drive.

German tanks were known as PANZERS or Panzerkampfwagen followed by the designation I, II, III, IV and so forth. Sounds like you like them all, and who wouldn't, but I think you may have meant one of these 4 possibly the most popular of the WWII German tanks:

RE: i need help
How exactly is the tracks getting thrown? They just not linning up on the road wheels or are they slipping off the Drive Sproket? I had a simular problem with my HL Pershing but it was real easy to fix.
