Snow Leopard Or Pershing
Yes im a little new to the tanking industry...lol....so please dont laugh...
is the snow leopard the same as the pershing??
recently saw a heng long tank box (white) and says snow leopard on it...but my buddy swears its a pershing..
anyone?

I've haven't been able to corroborate this but I heard somewhere that it was the communist Chinese who called the M26 Pershing "Snow Leopard" during the Korean War much in the same way the Vought F4U Corsair was called "Whistling Death" by the Japanese in WWII...

Go to "afvdb" for more info on the M26 and a pic of a Korean war era(?) M26 with what appears to be large cat painted on the front.
