Hi guys
Anyone tried these yet www.jjc-electronics.com the proportional water based smoke unit looks pretty useful and the sound generators also look pretty good as well albeit marine based but I bet they can be modded for tanks?

Cheers Paul
I reckon with a bit of modding and squeezing I might be able to get one of these in a Tiger 1. I shall do a bit more investigating and let you know. I also like the sound boards, just need to convince them that a Maybach engine might be a good line to move into and expand his market into the RC Tanks

Any word yet on whether this will work in a tank? The size seems slightly big although a razor saw and a dremel will soon sort that out! (it looks like the large box at the bottom is simply a water reservoir). Any ideas what voltages are used and whether it will be possible to just 'plug it in' to the tanks sound system?

Looks like it is a 12VDC variable speed humidifier. Did you see that fuse on the control board? And, it looks like he's driving it with a 7Ah 12V batt. That's 7000 mAh. Eat up a 2000mAh batt pretty quick.....
77mm High (about 3"), 72mm Wide (about 2 3/4" ), and 110mm Long (almost 4 1/2"). Won't fit in my Tiger I.
But sure is a sweet idea (provided the tank doesn't get upset with you for pouring water inside it).
