Hello I have just finished building my tamiya pershing tank. It is ready to go. I have a question concernig how to close the gap in the front section between the upper and lower hull. It does not close tight. Any help is welcomed. Thanks

check your wiring up front 1st. Screw the front screws in, then using the thumb and 2 fingers press the upper and lower halfs together. You should hear a small pop as the two halfs joint. I,ve build two and that's how mine work.

I agree with Greg. If everything is clear, once you tighten the screw the front should close nicely. That being said, the Pershing is the toughest tank Tamiya makes as far as getting all the interior wiring to fit, so it may take a little juggling.

Other Pershing things to check:
Keep the space under the turret rotation motor unit clear.
Also make sure the wiring for the hull machine gun and lights (if installed) are not keeping the front of the glacis plate from fitting snuggly.
Use the rear turret space to store the long wire leads, so as to not let them sit atop the DMDs.
