Working on Walker BullDog now, It will be wired the same way with charge port and switches in the back, might do 360 turret and Pzrwest Antenna coil. It will also have provisions for the wireless camera to be mounted on top of the mantlet as in real life. Haven't taken too many pictures of that one yet, still in pieces.

I can't wait to see what you've done with the wireless camera - mine is still attached with blu-tak, waiting for a searchlight or simfire mount and a disguise box/tarp/whatever for the battery.

Post those pictures!

See my M26A1 build, all the pictures of the camera and mounts are there. Camera is wired into the main battery, it's powered on when you flip the switch and before the motor sounds. Same wiring diagram as posted in my Panzerkampfwagon III build, camera wires attach to main junction block in lower hull, same place the board and fan get their power from.

Question everyone: How often do soldering iron tips last? I have a 30 watt Hobbico, a 30 watt Dremel and once the tips get black they're next to useless. I've been buying replacement tips for the Hobbico but they only seem to last a few hours before turning black and needing replacement. I take a wire brush to them but it doesn't seem to help. What am I doing wrong or is it the equipment?

Tips should last a very long time, I only replace mine after they start to pit, You need to dip the tip in flux when it's HOT, wire brush it, dip it back in the flux, then melt some solder on it. (tinning)
