I got a set of metal swing arms for my HL Tiger1. After removeing one of the stock swingarms I noticed there was no plastick spigot that a screw screws into. My Tiger1 has a machine screw with a shank and a washer. When I try to install the metal swing arms the screw's shank section isn't long enough to clear the backside of the hole and when you tighten the screw the swingarm will not move. When I compare the plastic swingarm to the metal one I see the rear section of the metal swingarm is slightly longer than the swingarms that came on my Tiger1. The only solution I can think of is to grind down the rear section. Here are pics of the stock swingarm, screw, washer, and mounting hole on the side of the tank. Suggestions????

Do that or counter-sink the hole for the screw a little more to give it some room to move. Try one of each, less is more!
Humbrol 67 is Panzer Dark Gray. What unit and tank are you going to make this one? Some of the earliest looked like Humbrol 32 or Schwarzgrau, RLM66.
