Panther Side Armor

I had an email request asking how I fashioned the side skirts and frame work for my HL Panther.
I used picture frame hooks fashioned into angle brackets. I used plastic I beam and cut it to size. Two were glued to each frame.

A slot was then drilled through the plastic Panther sides, and these were fit and glued to the inner frame of the upper section of the chassis.

Using "tile" styrene sheet I then fashioned all the skirts and cut slots where they would rest on the I beam holders.

That is all it took

I am not sure what size I beam I used. It is from evergreen plastics. Just eyeball it, and you'll be close enough.
