try this guy. http://www.tanksandtrolls.co.uk/jagdpantherpage.I do not want to rain on your parade but be aware that these conversion kits to the heng long are wayyyyyyyy out of scale. They can be made to look pretty but not accurate or anything close to accurate as they use the "pantiger" as a basis and it is too wide, too short, too square. wrong height, wrong hull angles, the drive wheels are out of position, to non-panther to begin with, and I guess i could go on but won't. If you do not care about these issues just go ahead and have fun.

It would be easier to turn it into a Sturm Tiger and a few big steps closer to proto-realism. Still a bit of work needed on the hull sides, fenders, and aft section, but the basic measurements, wheel types , axle positions, tracks, and sprockets, are pretty good. I spoke from experience about all the things necessary to do the Jagpanther conversion. I went into it with open eyes and ended up with a 95% scratch built tank by the time i was finished. I completed it just before Tamiya brought out the Panther Kit. Here is what I ended up with and if you have the time and skills you can probably better it. http://www.tanksandtrolls.co.uk/usersubmissions.htm
I am just advising that, for the time and energy involved save your money and buy the Tamiya Jagpanther (again my opinion).
Whatever you decide just have fun and do not let the feeble ramblings of an old F- dissuade you. I tell you this stuff to share experience only.

One of Hobby Havoc's members, Gra, has done some great work turning his Pantiger into a better looking Panther (and took some great pics along the way), check it out [link=http://www.hobbyhavoc.com/forum/index.php?topic=429.0]Gra's Panther[/link]

That's a pretty neat project!. Zeans pictures are actually of the Panther II chassis with a late G turret installed there at the PATTON Museum. The Panther II chassis used carbon steel plates instead of armor plate and was completely different from a G hull, even the hull hatches were not the same.

IMPERIAL model sells them.
http://www.imperial-modellbau.de/
Click on UNSER SHOP on the left side. Then click on 1:16 conversion. Then, click on any of the tanks to see the conversions for them. Panther is listed right there.

What's that old saying... "It's like trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear."

I had 2 of the early HL Panther but unloaded them to a guy in Spain.
My vote would be save for the Tamiya.

Sure it's expensive. But you do get a lot of metal and resin detailed parts with it. Click on the photo of it. Then click on: Weitere Bilder right below the photo. There are some great shots of what this kit comes with. There are also modelers out there that like to build something this detailed with all these parts then the normal out of the box builders. I do believe this conversion kit was made prior to Tamiya's coming out. So at that time, it would have been the only thing available. WeCoHe is way more expensive but way more detailed and accurate. So it just depends on where you want to put your money. It's all perspective.
