Default Remote problem

I have 2 new metal bulldog tanks and 2 controlers on channel 3. I was using one remote for each tank. All of a sudden I cannot get the tanks to activate with the remotes. Any combination with fresh batteries. I have 2 tanks that don't work or 2 remotes that do not work. What could be happening? It happened all of a sudden. I can get one tank to turn over but not operate if it touch the antennas together and hit the key it wil not go forward or reverse or resond to the remote after that. What could have fried? I could see one not working, but a problem with all of them?

Thanks,

Jack

First place to start is the crystal on the transmitter! Pull it out and widen the legs so it is fitting tightly into the slot in the radio! Did that help?

also check the crystal in the tanks, I had a similar problem and found it was the crystal in my snow leopard to be loose in its socket.

I tried pulling them out and putting them in. No change. Could I have burnt them out? Thanks -Jack
