I know, I know.
The M4A3 has always been my favorite variant but I was thinking "unique" since there's plenty of room for a cast hulled M4 and I just liked that pic. It even has the applique armor that I like.
Let's vote on it, shall we? I think we can all agree on the M4A3 for the most part...

Yeah, but the welded hull (M4 and M4A3) had more variants.

Bill, Are you going to carry Pz III upgrades? ie; proper size guns, ausf E conversion etc? Small items as pericope guards for Pershing/Sherman?

Thanks very much for the kind words. As I'm sure you know - so much to do and not enough time in the day to do it.

I like the M4 composite. The A3 looks just like the Tamiya M4 except for the rear plate and engine deck. Would also like to see direct vision M4A1 with M3 Bogies and M3 Lee. How about TDs? Would love to have an M10 too! So many Sherman variants, so little shelf space!

By the way, the Sherman is now confirmed as being in the design phase
. Before anyone asks, I don't have any information yet. Probably still several months away. I'm just glad it's gonna be available.

Now that I have knocked myself out doing this, Heng Long will be bringing out a VVSS Sherman any day now!

The Cromwell would be nice, it evolved into the Comet, which in turn evolved in to the Centurion (there was a lot of cross referencing going on in the late '40s in Blighty).
One British tank would be nice, just to remind people that we actually took part in that momentous event.

Or, HL could get it's finger out and make a Centurion for no other reason that a lot of people around the World thought it was a very good tank.
I don't need to post the Wiki entry for it, do I.[X(]
I'd buy one in a New York second.[X(]

ha ha ha ha, but at least you have the feeling that YOU made and converted it yourself, and the fact that yours is now a firefly!
but - i guess if i need somebody to tell the future ... i know who to PM!!!

Since Tamiya brought out their Panther shortly after I started scratch building mine I'm sure that if I start another scratch project some manufacturer will beat me too it and bring it out pronto. LOL
So any requests?
Churchill perhaps (although that suspension would be a pain to make)? Or a Centurion, or Comet or how about something different like an Israeli M50?

Cheers
Chris
