Your pershing isn't even cold yet and you're looking on to the next lady?!?
Ha, couldn't resist...hows the pershing project going anyway? My periscope cages turned out to be so delicate i was only able to make 3 and get them installed. Crushing the other 2 sort of made me realize i was getting a little too involved for a backyard basher. Now i just stare at it admiring it until i can get the parts to upgrade it to I/R.
I too am EAGERLY awaiting a sherman, but since money is tight the HL version will probably be out before im ready to order.

There has been so much back and forth about Mato and HL Shermans lately..is really Heng Long going to make a 1/16 Sherman in the near future?

Very funny nogoer. Very true also.
I havent done anything to the Pershing lately except run it...alot. Getting the battery in and out and the position of the smoke switch is pisxxng me off. On a positive note, the smoker work excellent. I really like the Pershing with no weathering. As for the Sherman, I think I may wait and see if HL comes out with one. I kinda prefer the welded hull Sherman anyhow and I know more about how HL's work. Lets see if I can wait.
