Has anyone ever used the turret pivot points to support the gun on your Heng Longs?

Yeah my custom turret from RCCommand uses the pivot PILLS as the trunnions for the main mantlet. Also the Asiatam turret does also.

I have a HL Tiger l with recoil and IR with the pivot in the correct place. The Tiger has 3:1 Mato gear boxes, metal tracks, suspension arms and steel brace. Got a set of mato metal Tiger wheels not worth it too many problems. Some day I will get the Tank done. My problem is I have too many projects on the go 9 tanks and my biggest project rebiulding an 84 T-10 Blazer.

Now you got the stuff! That picture of the turret is most helpful! 9 projects! I'd like to see some more of that Tiger you have going there.

I just placed the mantle on trunions and I have to say I really like the way that feels.
