RE: HB LSP Hop Ups
Coopz, Which hop ups should I look to get when funds allow and in what order?
So far all I've done is change to the Lightning GTX 2 17mm wheels hexes and nuts with HPI Nubz tyres and changed the steering servo's for Hitec HS645MG one's. I've just ordered the HB 7075 chassis's and CNC rear hinge pin mounts, I couldn't afford 2 BCE chassis's even though they look a lot better than the HB chassis.
Thanks.

RE: HB LSP Hop Ups
What I have done is....
-upgrade to the Kyosho 150cc fuel tank, bolts straight in with just some minor fiddling
-upgraded the front brace to the pro buggies, takes a lot of flex away, probably the best upgrade, also because of the 150cc tank I can continue to use the orginal brace as well as some token support.
-Topcad Front Castor Block, the hub carriers are the weakest point, these make them bulletproof, RC mart sell them.
-17mm conversion
Makes the truggy a bit heavier but a lot lot stronger.

RE: HB LSP Hop Ups
Any possible way I could get links to all the good hop ups. I raced Saturday and some punk kid took me out and broke a bunch of plastic parts. I'd like to just bullet proof this rig so I dont have any problems getting parts that the shopr here dont carry.

I ordered the parts that you recomended. I was wanting to know what aftermarket parts you have put on your LSP? Or anyone for that matter. Let me know all your hop ups. Even if its from anothet brand of truck.

RE: HB LSP Hop Ups
Anyone can tell me if it's worth fitting a different pipe to the stock HB 26 engine and if so which one, Jammin JP pipes appear to be popular but I'm confused as to what the difference is between them, or is that just throwing money away for something that looks cool but doesn't really do anything?

Er.. done the HPI 17mm conversion front and back. Installed a Kyosho 150cc fuel tank, a Hobao fuel filter, Werks 3 shoe alloy clutch, Hobao 1 piece exhaust system, HB buggies front brace, Topcad front hubcarriers, RC Edit rear hubs (currenty not installed), alloy steering bellcrank (also not installed, keeping weight down), HPI nub tyres (my favorite), I run a Mach .21 engine on the fast tracks and a HPI .28 on the twisty tracks.
