So Ill try to keep this short-A company by the name of Kershaw Design took my money and never delivered my product-Now at first Dan Fischer was very helpful-answering all my questions about gears lipo packs and BL motors-So I ordered two MOD 1 pinions from him at the cost of just over 40.00 dollars and he never shipped them-how do I go about either getting my money back or getting my gears-I have a con # and its on my credit card bill and I used paypal so how do I pursue them????

the easies thing to do is just to file a claim with paypal. paypal will investigate the matter, and if the guys cannot provide a proof that he shipped the product, your money will be automatically reimbursed to your paypal account. dont worry about it. pay pal is real good about that.

The only way paypal will reimburse you is if that person has money in their paypal account and if they find your claim in your favour. If that person has no money in their account, then you are screwed. This has happened to me allready 4 times, $45,63,24,53. Paypal talks, but they dont tell you the whole truth. The only one that will be able to help you is your credit card company as fraud. Good luck

A lot of people are asking how long you've been waiting. Why? Because KD is known to be slow from order date to shipment date. Make sure that's not the case before calling it a scam.

Threaten them with the Better Business Bureau (bbb.com). They might care about there rep or not, but it has worked for me a couple of times. You can look them up about there history if they have one. This is only if it is a real company though. I'd do the everything, Paypal, credit card and BBB. Good Luck!!
