Default Tires?

Does anyone have a picture of there truggy tires they have glued there self? I am gluing some truggy tires and just want to see how it looks, never glued truggy tires before. It just does not seem like the panther switches 2.0 fit good on the rims, i am trying to mount them on losi rims with stock foams.

Do you mean losi LPR 3.7 rims? are you sure you bought the LPR version of the panther switch tires?

you have to cut the stock panthers to fit on the bigger losi's. there's a line inside the tire where you cut it. or you can get some standard size wheels for like $20 at the lhs.

Do they seem super tight? The Losi rims are oversized and work better with LPR style tires. You're most likely trying to mount standard size truggy tires that are too small.

Example of an LPR tire:

17mm lpr 3.7 rims are what i am gluing. the panther switches are the lpr's also. It is just that there is a little gap between the rim and the tire that im not sure what to do with when gluing. These tires that i just got are the new panther tires that are already cut to fit, there is no more cutting involved.

Did you leave the gap between the tire and rim alone? its hard to see in the picture.

Ya, I see what you mean by a gap. That's odd.

I guess I don't know what you are talking about. I even up the Boa foams by working them with my hands before gluing.

Actually it is a Pather tire on a Proline rim, not much of a choice in non offset 38 series wheels.

A friend of mine has ordered some of those, I will check them out. I am hoping Panther comes out with their own wheels soon.
