i have a tem orion wasp .28 and its been sittin for over a year. i kept after run oil in it. I break it out today to run it and my starter box wont turn it over so i take the motor out and try turning it over myself and its stuck like a rock. I then then tore the motor down and cleaned the inside out and it took alot of the problem away but it still feels like theres a lot more resistance than there should. What should i do? btw this engine doesnt even havebut half a tank of gas through it so im wondering if its just the newness of the engine. i ran that half tank through it when i got it and got rid of the car because i planned to get a new one and just never put it back in

I would say because it is still new and young in life it has a tight pinch.......have you tried heating it up with a hair dryer to see if it loosens up a bit?</p>

put some after run oil in it and work it back and forth on the tight spot for a while by hand, just get everything moving back and forth, then put it back on what ever you want it on and heat it up with a hair dryer or some kind of heat gun to around 200 or so. and it should be good to go. but you may still have to "break it loose" every now and then with a screw driver between fly wheel and chassis. just try to have it on bottom dead center when you try to crank it. it took my Alpha engine a gallon and a half to loosen up enough where i didnt have to break it loose every now and then.

The motor mounts arent very adjustable and the clutch bell is just like a centimeter to far forward on the spur gear. any ideas how to fix it witout buying new motor mounts
