Hi All: I have a project to add a 1/6 scale F4U Corsair model into a museum north of Denver. I chose to use a ESM 85" wingspan model and detail it as a non-flying plane. Although this won't be a flying model, I thought I'd post a few ideas I had in detailing it. Most of the things I did were ones that I would also have done if I made this airplane airworthy. Also, in most cases, the work was done to existing hardware or third-party add-on modifications.

For what it's worth, I'll post a few pics of some parts I have already been working on. If there is any interest it continuing the thread, I'll be happy to share scale modeling ideas I am using, and post more pics.
