Default problems wiht robart??

Hi.I open this post to know if someone like me had trouble with ordering robart products.I made an order several weeks ago.of a material according to its web page is available (551 RSE). They say they are waiting to receive material from a supplier.
ITmeans that the information in their web page is wrong.Contact them once, and they told that my order would be ready to ship on February 5. After all these days, and writing them to know if they know traking number or some notice about the order do not answer any of my emails.
I want to know if somebody have the same comunications problems i have!

I understand. I have had good success sending e mails to Joe, he usually replies quickly and seems to be the most helpful individual i have found within Robart.

I order parts on Tues 2/4 and received Fri 2/7. You need to call them. I ordered my parts online, but if you are having problems it is best to call.

I had the same problem when I order a set 510 RSE's last year. The control until was on order from their supplier. However, I did eventually get them, 6 weeks later. I have since ordered other pneumatic retracts from them with no issue. Be patient, the RSE's are worth the wait!

This gear in question and a lot of others are assembled waiting for control boards to arrive from Down and Locked. At the moment, I have over 100 boards on order and as soon as they arrive, we will complete the packaging and expect to ship them within a day or two. When this happens, I will post an update to let you know when to expect your order. Sorry for the delay.

I am becoming one of the dissapointed Robart customers. I have sent 3 e mails over the past 2-3 weeks concerned about a set of electrics in a Ziroli Hellcat. $500 pair of retracts, in a plane that has taken more hours (and money) than i care to think about. Absolutely no replies to my e mails.

You will never get an email reply. If you want service you will have to call them. Ask for Joe.

Hi,

I'm sure all of you have noticed that when you buy Robart products from vendors like Tower, they tell you that Robart 'prefers to deal directly' when problems arise. I had an issue and asked for a return/refund and got the 'go talk to Robart' response. I let the vendor know that I couldn't possibly care less what Robart 'preferred' and that I didn't have time to play their 'ignore the customer' game. I bought the item from THEM and expected THEM to take care of it. I also reminded them that the American commerce laws were on my side and that the Uniform Trade Act protected me, the consumer, in this case. Don't let them send you to Robart if you don't wanna go!

All -

I want to point out I am no longer employed with Robart. You will have to call directly to get a response as my email and phone is no longer connected. Best of luck to you in your future dealings with Robart. With my departure, I am sure they have an backlog of inquires so their response times are longer than normal.

Hi Joe, in Robart's defense they have really stepped up to the plate with regards to the issues i have been having. The retracts are on their way back to them for service. Hopefully they will be returned ready to go. Best wishes to you!
