Best ARF BF 109?
Hello,
New to this site
Was wondering what would be the best ARF BF109G~ series is available? Seen a lot of excellent build it yourself kits like FS, but honestly I can't build worth a darn lol. I do have a DLE 30 gas engine as a starting point. Heard it was a good engine. Thanks for any and all responses.

Not sure about the version...these are not your typical easy build arf but they do fly well with some attention to typical arf improvements.

But that model requires a 50 to 60cc engine. Your DLE 30 will not have power enough for flying it.
I think this comes closer to your requirements:

You may read about it in various RC UNIVERSE threads. This is the more popular:

Hi!
Very nice thread you opened here!
i am a real fun of German warbirds!
i have both, the CMPRO bf 109 and the ESM BF 109 G. Both planes fly very well but the big one (ESM) needs indeed 50 to 60 cc engine.
In case you have a dle 30cc engine i believe that CMPRO Me 109 is your plane. i dont know if cmpro produces that plane anymore, which means that even if you can find it, i think that it will be difficult to find some spare parts in case you need them. With dle 30cc which is a strong motor for that plane.............
ouch!!!!!!............I just REMEMBERED SOMETHING..............you cannot put a gas engine with the classic stand-offs base in a CMPRO bf 109 , you have to find an engine which will have a base configuration like a glow engine...!!!!for example a ROTO gas engine....or you will have to make a serious farewall modification.......
...sorry....

Yeah that's a Emil, don't really want that. But your link led to the 88" G6. Which is what I was looking for.
As far as engines, I can always get a Saito 57cc twin.
Thanks all!

Hey Slayer13,
A Saito 57cc twin is going to stick out on both sides.... Maybe a Laser 300v would fit better ?

thats cmpro bf 109 engine bay, as you can see , you cannot put a classic gas engine with standoffs base like dle 30cc. of course any other suitable 30cc gas engine will fly the plane with authority.

Yeah I was thinking about electric power. We'll see if it's a viable option. Can't have the engine sticking out to much LOL.
@ dgiatr: they do not make the CMP f2 anymore. I appreciate your enthusiasm about German warlords! I'll see if I can find a CMP
Somewhere. No reason why I can't have one or the other. Horrido!
