As Jeff said, I've been playing with my trains.
I've got plenty of planes to fly so no big deal on not building this winter (1st time in 15 years).
Been painting some and cleaning up the layout for a recent open house for local NMRA members.

Sam, don't forget about Dayton Ohio Dawn Patrol Sept 29th - Oct 2nd. 4 days of WW1 RC and full scale as well as the huge Air Force museum. Will be there for 1st time this year with my1/3 scale Pup. Hope to see you there! Paul

Missed you at NAMFI and FDL last year, or maybe the heat at FDL just melted my brain and I forgot!

We have 2 events that you might enjoy.... The Warbird Festival is a conflict for you on June 11th but it looks like August 27th for our Flying Circus is an open date. You can see lots of event info in this post with links.

I see you are into trains also. So if you come to our event in Monticello there is also a Train Museum on location just as you are entering onto the road to get to our field.

I think they will be having something going on there the same weekend so you could go visit that also.

Got there early Friday morning. As usual, lots of vendors showing off their new stuff.
I only got two Xoar 3-blade 'back up' props for the B-25, two Mejzlik 3-blade props for the yellow P-38 and some new spinners from tru-turn for the B-25.
Mostly up there to socialize.
