Default RE: Ziroli P38 construction

things have been a little slow here all fiberglass work needs to be done outdoors as my plane is being built in the basement and with high winds and several rainy days really puts a damper on things. so in the mean time I've been helping my older brother with his scratch build project. and a little something that I kit bashed from a static display to functional r/c . Your's is looking pretty good. I am just wondering ... how nice is the quality of the booms? have they been reinforced wi the wing mounting areas?and if your going to use the glass door covers, are they easier to install?

The booms are very sturdy and they are better then the build-up ones. It saves you a ton of time and they are straight. Yes, I used also the glass doors. It is not harder then balsa to install them [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_8175750/mpage_1/key_/tm.htm]Click here for my build here on RCU[/link] then you see what I mean. Keep us updated on the progress.
