Default ARF CA Hinge method

I was just steered toward an ARF razorback Thunderbolt on another thread. I was reading through the manual when I noticed their method of doing their ca hinges. They have you put the hinge in, say the aileron, and ca it separately from the wing. You then install the aileron on the wing and ca the hinge again. This goes contrary to everything I have read here. I was just curious about what anyone thought of that. The model is located at the following web site...looks like a nice kit!

Do like Tinman says. The manual's way is absolutely the wrong way!
