Ron,
as a lover a gadgets I think it is a good idea. Will that data be fed into a controller to control the doors? I was thinking aneg co-effiecent device could be used to build a simple circuit that would auto control such doors.

cheers

thanks guys, if I was flush with funds I would jump into an aluminium tube and come over for a beer and a fly!

Will be heading over to a mate of mine next week so will get a bit of a fix then. Dave, aka Ticketec is still over in Spain with work so can't pop down his place. Shame as he i sonly 10 mins away.

T-minus 6 days and counting!!!!!

Been a really rough trip and i can't wait to get back home. but my building bench is big enough for 2, had a mate over working on his chop-chop a few weeks ago.

See you soon

Dave
Dave,
careful I might just take you up on that!! I have the rafters of the little car port here filled with planes and the trailer is chockers as well including the P47.

We have the house packed up ready to move and about to head up to Caboolture i na few minutes to pick up the truck. Just need the little bloke to finish his brekky then we can head off.

Husband of Wife's cousin is coming over to give us a hand, especially with those big benches that you know so well hehe.

Lets hope for a change in gov today and good riddance to nana bligh and her bunch of idiots!

safe flight home mate.

cheers
PEter

Yup, but in those days (from memory) they only had 4 or 6 per pylon and had to salvo 2 at a time, but that was still a lot of fire power along with the 50'ts.

kn' oath it is!

I remember reading that a salvo of those rockets fired from the Bristish fighters such as a Mossie, Beaufighter or Typhoon etc was the equivalent of braodside from a 6" gun Crusier!

Need a sleeping bag to go with that pillow. If you have no address does that make you vagrent? He He.

Just think. You are only half way there. You still have to unpack.[sm=cry_smile.gif] By the time you finish you will be as strong as Superman.[sm=punching.gif]

mind you they still had to hit what they were aiming at, don't think those rockets were the most accurate of weapons.

That is probably why they shot them two at a time.

Man I'm missing my workshop already []
Hi Pete,

I have just finished setting up my new workshop, that 9x6 shed turned out to be 10x7

My new Jug left Sydney today so it won't be long before the new shed is baptised!

I plan to repaint the Jug before putting it together. Are you still planning on doing your as Hairless Joe? Mine will be one from the same Sqn see attached

Hello Mick
I liked Fair Dinkum. Is this a different plane?
It doesn't mater how big you build the shed. Two weeks after you move in, It will be to small.

Mick

I am with Old Tom on shop size when I built mine about 10 years back thought I would never run out of room, but with 2 85" birds a big cub, work benches and bench top power tools, and the trash can there is hardly room for me, So Bigger is better, and good luck with your new shop what ever size it is as it is your place to relax

Bob T

Hay pete mabe you should go over and help him

My granny built b-29 durning the war. She was a riviter, she would tell me stories about working on the production line.

Tom I have been tying up lose ends, just some small stuff that seams to get left behind. Although with the nicer weather we have had I like to get outside as often as I can.
