Jim Meister of Meister Scale passed away.

Jim Meister of Meister scale passed away on December 30 2004 at UCLA Medical Center. He has been behind the scenes of Meister Scale for several years now but will be greatly missed...

I guess I have put off building his 109 for too long now. I remember devouring any articles about his planes in the old magazines when I was new to this hobby.

thanks for such wonderful designs making large scale warbird flying within the reach of the average rc pilot.

Jim was a gentleman and genuine nice guy. Sorry to hear of his passing. He was a great contributer to the Scale scene for many years. My regards to his family. BobH.
