Scale LG cover help
Hi
I'm building up a Yellow P47 and want to make my LG covers more scale like, the main lower part is fine, the upper slim portion I would like to hinge for the top which isn't a problem, the query I have relates to the lower mounting section which seems to be a square U shaped piece of metal rod with two ball ends on the LG upright.
The ball links allow the cover to move seperately from the leg itself but remain attached.
Any simple suggestions or close up pics of your models would help greatly.
After ideas on materials, how to fix the mount to the leg / cover etc etc
Cheers
