Default FW190 skyshark

Hi all; what engine have people used in this plane. Am thinking of using a 4 stroke 70 something. Please report on engine type and performace with plane. Thanks all

Default RE: FW190 skyshark

Hi Razquel, I can't speak for how it performs at this point because I haven't flown it yet but I am using a Super Tigre G75 in mine. Barely fits in the cowl. You can see it on the Rcscalebuilder.com forum under the skyshark heading. I would think a 70 4 stroke would be fine in the plane but the bigger 4 strokes would give you extra power you might end up wanting. Hope that helps a little.
