wow a resurrection of sorts G.F. your model looks great.
my model still sits in my shop sadly I haven't done much flying as of late just been too busy with life in general, and way too many projects half done, I plan on thinning my rather large heard of kits and projects that will never get built , and narrow my focus, glad this thread has been helpful to any builders of this kit.
I still have the molds for the cowl and gun cover in storage, all my model needs is some final paint and the radio set up and its ready for the field.

Hold the phone...that's not my model. I wish I could take credit for it but I was just making a direct link to vortrog's video of HIS model. Based on his suggestion, I did a youtube search and inserted here to make it easier for all to see.

Big Tim, I got to maiden my build on the weekend finally which you may be interested in.
At 5kg fully fuelled, she needs a lot of runway. If you can take 500g to 1kg off the build weight (you would only need to take 200g off the tail and this would be achievable), this model would be unbelieveable.
CG was spot on at 90mm. Seems a long way forward but it let me glide back to the runway almost hands off the controls (motor overheated we think....needs more ventilation exit area)
Take a look at my youtube channel ssenbruns for the video of the maiden as I cant post links here.
Happy flying
