My son would like to build a 1/5th scale Mosquito. He wants a true 1/5th scale plane at 130 inch wingspan. He found one kit out of the UK that is 121 inch, but that is unacceptable. Not true 1/5th scale. Does anyone know of another?

Leo.. how about enlarging those plans just a little and making it 1/5. Are those the brian taylor plans?.. If they are.. you'll have a super plane.. BobH.

I believe Bob Holman offers an enlarged set of the Taylor drawings...about 124" if i'm not mistaken. This may be the one you are referring too. Also, a few years ago there was a company called Composite Design Inc. (P.O. Box 66634, St. Pete Beach FL 33736, Tel. 1-800-573-5731) that offered a 1/5th scale mosquito. It's been some time now so I don't know if that information is accurate.
