RE: black horse models
I envy you...over here, its kinda difficult to get the retractable rear wheels...i just use the originals...4 of my buddies bought a piper cub....from BH models...for some reason, all 4 tip stalled...I guessed the engine wasn't powerful enough...but they said it was factory recommended size????.....its better to go over powered than underpowered....thats my solution....nice build darjen...

Well The Retractable tail wheel never turned up but rest assured when or if it does I will try and install it but here is the finished fuse in all its glory...

RE: black horse models
Here are a few pics of my Black Horse models....This far I'm very happy with the over-all qaulity and value for dollar. These are great flying planes too.
They m,ay not be particularly scale, but they are close enough for instant recognition.
I wish someone would give a reallyscale set of plans to the BHM guys.

RE: black horse models
I did think about changing my Ruder to yellow as well, will look at yours to see what it looks like and still might do it.
I am well impressed with the build of this model BH have done well.....
I also have the CMPRO Mustang and I am going o give it the similar colour scheme, Also make the flaps the same rather than a single servo change it to a servo on each flap thus giving it better movement
Look forward to seeing more pictures of other modelers planes.....[sm=thumbup.gif]

RE: black horse models
i could've sworn that you are my twin in some previous life........we have more or less the same taste...but due to lack of supplies and the cost here in Malaysia, i would recommend that you change the rudder to yellow and checker it black.....looks really bold and strong.....
I am just enjoying my trainer right now....its rainy season here...flying ep at the moment....already shorted out my esc yesterday on my mustang (depron).....
I would also want to buy a second mustang...same model....but i want to change the whole monokote chrome/silver....also with the same racing stripes on the belly and the american star on the fuse...the original silver is not striking enough for me....i love the composite arf's mustang.....really awesome scale....i am only going giant scale and above right now....dont wanna waste money on unnecessary planes.....giant scale is the way to go...sell all others and just maintain a few...what say you?

Well I agree with you as to large scale mainly as they handle the wind better plus with a Petrol engine Nice
giant scale is the way to go...sell all others and just maintain a few...what say you?
i will stick with nitro for now....he did say that zenoah is a good choice with reasonable price....the built is also good....servicing is not as hard...
giant scale is the best....of course, have to save up a bit...never sacrifice for a cheap retract servo....if could go better retracts, more better....
