Default Servo Travel with UP-3 Retract Valve

I am planning on using a UP-3 Retact Valve on a P-47; the Valve needs 0.3" of servo travel to operate, can this be set up using End Point Adjustment on your Radio or is it only accomplished with Mecancial Linkage adjustment?

Its actually a Gear Door/Retract Sequencer Valve, uses 1 Servo, but needs 0.3" Travel, and I was trying verify that I can use End Point on my Radio, and get some feedback form others that are using these Valves.

Hi Dasintex ,

I also use the End Point Adjustments in my Transmitter ,

to set up servo travel on the UP-2 / UP-3 valves

UP 2/3's are great......work everytime...use them on all my warbirds and $12K jets with confidence.....they just keep doing what they are supposed to do.....

The cool thing on the UP valves - after 2 years you sent them in and let them grease and inspect them.

And one thang more, use digital servos if possible. These are more precise and they are always in the same spot. Don't use cheap micro servos - it would be too bad a $100 valve fails because you saved $20. The damage on your airframe and landing gear it's not worth it!
