I'm not new to RCU and have sold and purchased items (mostly airplanes and motors) over the years. However, I have recently posted a 'wanted ad' and received a response that I would like to take the person up on. Who generates the 'OFFER' - the person who wants the item or the person offering the item? In any case, how do you go about making the 'OFFER' since there doesn't seem to be a 'MAKE AN OFFER' icon anywhere on the posting page??? Also, is there an 'INVOICE' involved with 'Wanted' transactions and how does that transpire???
In my previous 'buying' or 'selling' transactions - life was easy with no issues to date. This 'wanted' postings has me confused.
