steve i would suggest to put duct tape down the side where it rides along the plastic guards other wise it seems to wear the paint off.

sweet ride dude. hey can any one point me in the right direction on were i can purchase wheels and tires for the backdraft 8e? and also does it come with the 17mm hex or do i have to upgrade that? im new to these buggies so i dont know much

Pretty much any buggy wheel will fit, tires all depends on what you are running on. Clay, loose dirt, hard pack groove, the choices are endless. If racing i suggest hitting the local track and talk to some of the racers they will offer up a suggestion or 2

Any 1/8 buggy wheels will fit.
