Angry Tornado s30 hard to start.

Got my tornado s30 last summer and didn't get to drive it much because I had a lot of problems either getting it started or keeping it running for a couple runs, so this summer I am determine to get it running. So my problem is still the same, hard to start and when it does start and I run it for a tank full It's hard to start backup. my question is why is it hard to start after 1 run? I have a new glow plug in, carb set to 1 mm, I think my problem is with getting the Lsn set right. i either get it to rich or to lean, I am only making small adjustments to the needle. I'm at my wits end with this car,but I don't want to give up!any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Think it may be running too rich.

The LSN is too rich? If so how lean should it be?

There isn't any real set "should be" tuning. You just have to play around with it. From what I can tell, try loosening the high end needle.

Gave it another shot today and still can't get it to run, I leaned out the lsn to the point were I got it started as soon as I took the ignator off it died, so I'm guessing it's still to rich, leaned it out some more and it doesn't start.the thing that bothers me is it hard to pull the starter cord, it acts like its flooded all the time, I take glow plug off, pull the starter couple times, there is not tension, as soon as I put the glow plug back on its hard to pull. I can never get it to start more then 2 times in a row!

Google "nitro engine pinch test" and follow the instructions to get your lsn where it needs to be. Set the HSN back to flush and try it..
