Default Big crash

Today i was pushing my car to max speed and suddenly it was too far away for my transmitter to control it. At maximum speed it drove for like 15 more meters and then crashed into a hydrant.

http://mieszkancy.ds.pg.gda.pl/~jimi/auto/warhead/ <- scroll down to The crash

I had some luck though. The only thing that broke was one fuel tank mounting and two reveiver cap mountings.
Took almost all parts apart and put them back together , works like charm .

Notice engine head is smashed (it left a small sign on hydrant). I think that the whole impact energy was taken by the engine, thats why chassis was a bit bent

All in all, this thing is very hard to crack

You guys all have problems with your plastic spur gears? Do you think they were set up wrong?

If you are stripping your spur gear you havent got the mesh right. Put a piece of paper between the clutch bell and spur gear before you tighten the engine mounts down. It should run nice and smooth without any hint of binding.

Thanks I read that I havent recived my car yeat but have all the plans to take it apart and properly reassemble it when it comes in. I saw jackkpl was striping his gears and thought that it might be because of the mesh It sounds like you can here them wine in one video!
