Default Hello

I got a redcat gas RC car and me and my husband been trying to play with it and it will not stay running then it started to catch on fire so now i cannot play with my car and now i am stuck with it just the way it is... I have not got to drive it at all because the only thing it would do is make a big miss of the gas it would go though the gas really fast so we tryed everything to get it to stop doing that and after we did that is would just stop running all together...can some please tell me what i was doing wrong so maybe next time i will know what i am doing so it don't catch on fire again on me.

Try reading this thread. Has good info on where the adjustment needles should be when starting your Nitro.

How on earth did you get it to catch on fire??? You were using specified RC car fuel and not gasoline right??? Check the link Topspeedtoys posted,1/2 way down is a post by popper that has the info ya need. It would help if you explained in detail, the process you went through up until the point where it caught on fire. The manuals are no help at all but you made it here and hopefully all of us can get you two on the road to the wonderful world of nitro RC's!
