Have question about part i ordered??

ok i just got my front steering arms in today from Top Speed Toys, and i tried to replace the stock ones with these and i used the stock front axles. when i put the front axles into the aftermarket steering arms with the new ball bearings it looks ok. then i put thesix angle nuts back on the outer side of the steering arm and try to lock it in with the little pin the axel slides alot. i dont know if anyone know about this or has any suggetsions? also i try to put the balls head screw back on the aftermarket steering arm it wont fit?? need some help!! thanks

Did you remove the bearings from the old plastic part and put them in the aluminum steering arms?

Hi Lee,
When you install the aluminum steering arms, you'll have to adjust your turnbuckles.
The thread for the bolts on the arms is different than the originals. You'll have to use the two machine screws 4-40 type and nuts (like in the picture).

ok i got the second part but about the axles int the steering arms. you say to use the stock bearings popper? i took the all the bearings out and not all of them fit into the new steering arm. so do i need to take some off till i get it to fit? will that work?

i got it figured out all i have to do is put it back on the car. thanks for help. quick question about the bearings, can i spray them with wd-40? they got dirt on them when i took them off.

got it all back together. i was loosening the nut on tranny for shifting and i took it all the way out and the spring fell out. oops
now i got to get this back together.

is there a thread about taking the tranny apart? i looked thru the Redcat vehivle repair and tune thread but really didnt find anything on taking the tranny apart i need to put the spring and hex nut back in to get it to shift.
