yep thats the heat cycle method which is by far the most popular method of breakin. Their technicque is a little on the short side for my liking. i pretty much do the same thing but over a longer period of time & more tanks of fuel.

But follow that & you should be sweet.

yea i believe people on here has used tmaxx shocks on their sv's

ok an how long will a quart of fuel last me? And if im gunna run my first quart of traxxas 20% , do i have to use that again or can i switch?

it should last you about 10 tanks i cant remember exactly but it might be more than 10 tanks yea you can switch you just have to retune

yes you can switch but re-tune and go easy on the first tank or 2 after changing. Well the average fuel tank is 125ml. Whats a quart? quarter gallon? If so that would be about 1200ml so yeah about 10 tanks. although running in, you'd use all that just for the run in.
