i havent run it in the wet or anything i dont know what i did.
do i need a new one?

the radio's that come with these are not the best and probably has a problem, if you have had it for less than 30 days you can get it replaced from redcat but i would suggest to upgrade the radio system.

the radio seems fine the front servo works fine.
i even pluged the rear in the front slot and the trigger works no prob.
i plugged the front in the rear and it still doesnt work right.
i have it in my hand and the thing will work but you have to direct it.
if i touch the gears they spin but they have to be touched, it has no brain.
where can i buy a new one?

you ever taken a servo apart?
its got this little motor with a little gear on it that spins real fast.
then there is this wire that goes to somthing with a flat sided brass pin.
the motor spins great it just needs to know when to start and what way to go.
it works just not really.

yep its broke.
it doesnt know when to start and stop.
as long as the little motor is turning forward or reverse it works but as soon as it stops it wont start again till you bump it in the direction it needs to turn.
oh well know i know how a servo works.
10 bucks for a new one aint bad.

will it bolt right in?

thanks ehroof

the $35 would last longer because it has metal gears plus it has more torque

if it was for steering i would but, since its throttle i guess i dont need it.
that sure is a big diff in $$$ though.
im sure that the cheap one is still better than the stocker.
