that jr on the bottom is a nice radio, i have that radio for 2 of my rc's http://www.clermontmotorsports.com/s...h-Z590M/Detail and the servo's are pretty good to, one is for throttle and one if for steering

thanks for responding to my post. But im looking for bodies other than the normal truck bodies that redcat sales. do some traxxas bodies fit?

pretty much any 1/10 body will fit, i got a parma big foot body for kuppler on the forum here

i just bought a volcano rc truck and its already broken in and now im fine tuning and now im in truoble. i cant figure out the proper tune on the car for it to run right. its bogging or cutting off at a steady speed or if i full throtttle it. it was 60 out side. can any one help

you can change the clutch bell, its easier to do but redcat has a few different gears for the 2 speeds. the more teeth on the clutch bell the faster it will be but the less take off you get and its the opposite for less teeth, you will have better take off but will lose on some top end.

the sv has upgraded chrome wheels and ball joint suspension but that is the only difference

the suspension, the suspension on the stx is a king pin/a arm suspension the sv is a pillow ball suspension. The stx is an older version. i have the stx, need to get my hands on an sv soon.

i just bought a sv and i have some friends with a stx. but im just getting into this hobby and right now from my friends trucks it looks like one im gonna enjoy but it also looks like a money pit with parts breaking all the time

well my question was ive heard that aluminum parts are the way to go bcause they are stronger but also that because only some of the parts are aluminum it could cause the parts that are plastic which are attatched to the alluminum ones to break is that true.

100% stick to plastic, that what i do, the aluminum cost more to replace if it bends and breaks, thats just my opinion though

can some 1 give me some links to tower for the best AIR filters for the SV without moding my carb.?

my volcano keeps cutting off at hight speeds and ore at a steady medium speed, whats going on. i did mess with all the screw ajustments which was my first misake can anyone help?
