you really cant adjust that too much, there are little nubs on the chassis that stop the arm from moving too low.

well... got some cash together.. going to go get some fuel, air filter oil, after run oil, etc.. so i decided to start to look over everything on my buggy.. so I took off the top plate, checked the gear mesh, everything underneath there, locktite'in all metal to metal screws.. noticed that the servo, reciver wire ran underneath the battery box and was pinching them pretty good, and now had to make some new holes in the battery box for the wires to run thru and not catch on anything..still trying to get that sorted out, but the main problem is.. i did pay alot of attention when i was taking all the screws out.. but obviously forget where half of them go, so went to look at the manual for some reference and... nothing... anywhere I can find a pic that shows which screws go where?

OH BOY, lol

The best help i can give is to say that metal to metal screws have a fine thread, metal to plastic has a coarse thread.

The only metal to metal screws are the 4 that bolt the motor in, One that screws in the center right front corner of the top plate to the steering arm, the rest are metal to plastic screws which the 2 longest ones is what bolts down the handle on the top plate.

my cousin has a volcano stx and cant seem to get the engine tuned right. For some reason the idle speed is to high and we have tried to lower it but the wheels seem to keep on spining. and when we set it on the ground it still moves and then goes dead does that mean the lowspeed needle is too rich?

that means the idle is too high or the clutch spring needs to be changed, get an upgraded clutch setup: http://www.clermontmotorsports.com/s...-spring/Detail

easy way to check is put it on a block and start it up, if it starts and the wheels spin and you put it on the ground and it stalls, its the spring.
