your mesh must have been incorrect to have that happen, there are no aluminum or metal spur gears as of yet.[]

You have to take the sleeve out first. Then you can pull on the con rod to sepereate it from the crank. Once its seperated you push the piston through the top.

I don't suppose anyone can give me a parts list to go one speed with my Tsunami. I've tried ordering from Clermont but they are out of stock on the kits. If I had part #'s and manufacturer I would (hopefully) be able to buy them locally. I am going to basically be bashing my 'Nami and from ehroof says direct drive is the way to go. Thanks

Does anyone know when Redcat is going to be getting in repair parts for the Tsunamis in? I am in need of a couple dogbones for an ultrawide and they are sold out and have been for sometime. Or better yet, is there an alternative source for 115mm dogbones that I can use instead.

Wow should I set my suspension on redcat tsunami if I use it on the street? Should it be hard or soft? It set soft now and roll it twice, busted back hub and rim.

Hi everyone, I just purchased a Tsunami ultra wide the other day and finished breaking it in this afternoon. I was curious what glow plug works best for it. After the break in, the glow plug was burned out and the owner of my local hobby shop sold me the OS A3 glow plug and told me that it was fine for it. Because I am only familiar with the Classic T-Maxx and their glow plugs, I was thrown aback when the glow plug they sold me was significantly different than the stock one.

Any suggestions??? [sm=71_71.gif]

i use the os a3 and love it, use it in all my .18 and smaller engines.

I just got my ultrawide a couple of days ago, weather wont let me break it in yet, how do you like it, i think the suspension looks awesome.

Thank you for letting me know about the glow plug.

The suspension is awesome! The break in went smooth and easy. It sure is a nice RC. Tried a couple of times to flip it and just could not get it to. I want to switch out the tires for some beefier ones though - my only complaint. Let me know what you think of it when you get a chance to run it.

Are the cvd shafts fairly durable? and when do you know if you should use a hot nedium or cool glo plug? I put a hot plug in my max cvrx 18 and it seems to be working the same as the a3 plug.

sometimes you want to use a cooler plug for higher % nitro's. The cvd's for the volcano sv is the same for the pro.

they have less resistance, i would suggest asking redcat before you get them if they will fit your tsunami, i would think they would.
