polising motor

Default polising motor

how would i go about polishing my motor, what would i need to do to polish it, and what parts shouldnt i polish, etc.. its just the stock motor, or should i not waste my time and hours on doing it?

you need to round the sharp edje's on the ports on the sleeve and the crank, it will make the fuel and air flow easier giving you an increase. i would suggest trying it on the stock engine, this way if you mess up you can have a good excuse for upgrading the engine. do a search on google to get some pictures.

so basicly i just add the cuts into it, theres no holes or etra holes i have to make.. is it worth it, or no.. and if i were to mess it up and than the motor crash on me, would that be fine for the motor replacement warrenty?

you dont add cuts you just smooth the sharp edge's and you can use the engine replacement program no matter what you do.

maybe he means the tear drops coming off the bottom of the sleeve ed.?

I thought he might be talking about polishing the out side of the engine to make it look good[:@] if thats what your talking about thats a big NO NO because the aluminum needs to be rough to disipate the heat, if you polish it the heat will stay in
