My E-Stampede works for where I would drive and is the perfect size for what I do. Is the Volcano the same size as the stampede?
I was thinking of asking for Christmas either a Monsoon XP or a Volcano SV and some hop ups.

I really love the look of it, and that all newer ones are made with FM radios.....but they're is something about that 32MPH that doesn't please me.

We are trying to tell you that you will not notice it and anyways the new clutch bells will be out soon so you can change that. I have a Mantis and my friend has a 8ight-T and another with some CEN Matrix's I keep right with them on long straights and everything and I have not modified mine at all.

bro, 32mph is not slow, for a track thats plenty fast, there is no place to even hit that top speed, trucks and truggies use low end to run off road, on roads need the speed on top end.

Ok. I guess with the car I recently bought, everything seems slow to me now. Does anyone have any thoughts on electric off road?

Well let see. I own a Highly Modded Jato that will easily do over 65mph. If I were to compair everything to it I would never be happy. 32mph on a 8lbs huge truck is fast. Yes there are others that will do up to about 50mph but thats about it. The Monsoon is geared for low end torque which is what you need on the track. Once redcat gets the new clutch bells you will see speeds near the rest of them. 40+ mph. BTW Im getting a Monsoon and figured if it went half as fast as my jato I would be happy.

I usually just take it to a parking lot to do some full speed runs. The bumper that comes with it is pretty strong. I've crashed it into a 25LB garbage bucket at 55MPH (about) and nothing happend. Guess it was just the angle.
Or what I do a lot is taping the tires and drifting in my driveway. My driveway is a circle with an island in the middle. Big Block power is useful for this!!

Yeah. What this guy did in his video when it's wet is what I can do when it's dry (more or less). I use electrical tape. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ow6nd8JGzc

Someone told me that the monsoon can be raised up as high as a monster truck. To raise the ground clearance should I just adjust the shock positions?
